A human raised by hunters becomes a vampire. It sounds like a bad joke, but…

A chance encounter with a feral vampire left me lying in an alley with my throat torn out, bleeding to death. At least until Rhys Valentine, King of the City, swooped in and shared his blood with me. His timely intervention saved my life, but he also unknowingly triggered my transition from human to vampire.

Not knowing I was descended from vampires isn’t a big deal. Discovering I inherited the Gift of the Oracle is far more problematic. Vampire Seers were hunted pretty much into extinction. Those that survived the hunts did so because they were caught, caged, and forced to use their Gift until they went absolutely bug nuts insane. 

Overnight, my new goal in life became making sure no one outside my hunter family ever learns the truth about my Gift. Except feral attacks are on the rise, ghouls beginning haunting the city, and my Gift keeps showing me scenes of blood, hunting shadows, and the city crumbling around me. 

Death is coming to the city of Gravewall, and my Gift just might be the key to stopping it.
