What’s Next?

A new series is coming, and I can’t wait to share it all with you! This one’s a bit different than The Otherworlds Scion books. Okay, a lot different.
Hired by Aliens is a sci-fi romance. I would say “heavy on the spice,” buuuuuut that’s not strictly true. When I first started planning this series, I always intended it to be an exploration into love in all its various and sundry forms. That includes things non-sexual romantic love, so not all the books will have spice. But they all will have carefully developed relationships and plenty of love! Whatever love happens to look like for the characters involved.
The other big difference between this series and my first one is that I’m not planning to release it all at once. Each book will follow a different couple, and while the books are tied together via cameos and easter eggs, they can be read alone, in any order. (Or that’s my intent. We’ll see how that pans out further down the road.)
My current goal is to release a new book in the series at least once a year. Depending on other projects, this might end up being more, but hopefully not less. I’m already aiming to have book 2 ready and out no later than November of 2026.
In the meantime, I’m currently bustling away on a Why Choose trilogy featuring vampires and lots of spice. You can expect to see all three books released next year. That’s four books coming in 2026. Whew! I better get back to writing!
